The oil industry brought the Boswell family back to Midland in 1974… to stay. Midland has always been a wonderful city to grow up in. Midland has seen the “booms and busts” of the industry, but always… Midland comes out better in the long run. The Boswell family has a lot of history in Midland.

When John acquired the company from Darrell McDonald in 2016, he wanted something to spotlight his love and passion for Midland. Artist Steven Tippett had recently completed a large shoot of downtown Midland. After reviewing hundreds of photos, John picked out the one featured above and ordered it in a larger than usual size. Since that time Chevron Corp. has ordered the exact same photo, only 40′ wide! And can be seen at their new Permian Basin Campus.

Midland is going into the 21st century! Were looking forward to good things to come.
