We don’t just believe in community, we are involved in it. Our real estate agents work with a broad assortment of non-profit organizations ranging from the Down syndrome community which is dedicated to increase awareness and educate parents and doctors on options for individuals with Down syndrome and to help improve speech and learning as well as physical, emotional, social and intellectual growth and development. We support Bynum Elementary which is the only private school in the Permian Basin that provides year round educational programs for children and adults who have disabilities. Without Bynum School, many of the students who enroll at Bynum School would face separation from their families at young ages and placement in residential facilities outside the community. We are involved with the Midland County Housing Authority in helping with assistance for families in the area. And in 2008, our involvement with the Permian Basin Board of Realtors brought about winning the Governmental Affairs Outstanding Achievement Award for demonstrating excellence for our grassroots involvement, and other local initiatives that year. This was a hard earned prize setting us apart from all other associations in the state.
